中长跑属耐力项目,训练和比赛时消耗体力大,又比较枯燥,长距离艰苦的奔跑使运动员心理上产生恐惧感,在比赛中选手有时不能正常发挥或超水平发挥。我这几年带学校的中长跑队,针对这种情况在训练、比赛中安排队员采用段落目标法的心理战术,效果很好,队中运动成绩有了大幅度的提高。具体做法是由原来的在中、长距离项目上只有一个目标(终点),改为全程分几个目标来完成,最后到达终点。如在3000m项目上,400m的跑道要跑7圈半,这时可安排运动员每圈做为一个目标来完成,最后1圈半
