[目的]研究了江苏省3个不同地区水稻桔秆的主要化学成分。[方法]测试江苏省淮安、常州和镇江2011~2013年收集的水稻桔秆的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素和粗灰分含量。[结果]3个地区不同年份水稻桔秆的纤维素及半纤维变化趋势一致,纤维素含量呈先下降后上升趋势,半纤维素含量呈下降趋势。淮安和常州不同年份水稻桔秆的木质素含量均呈先上升后下降趋势,镇江市呈下降趋势3个地区不同年份水稻桔秆的灰分含量变化不大,且均低于65%。且不同年份间水稻桔秆化学成分变化显著。[结论]该研究可为农作物桔秆的高附加值利用提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the main chemical components of rice straw in three different areas in Jiangsu Province. [Method] The contents of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and crude ash of rice straw collected from 2011 to 2013 in Huaian, Changzhou and Zhenjiang of Jiangsu Province were tested. [Result] The change trend of cellulose and hemicellulose of rice straw in three years and different years was the same. The content of cellulose decreased firstly then increased and the content of hemicellulose decreased. The lignin contents of rice straw in different years of Huai’an and Changzhou all increased first and then decreased, while that of Zhenjiang showed a downward trend. The ash content of rice straw in three years did not change much, and both were lower than 65%. The chemical composition of rice straw in different years significantly changed. [Conclusion] This research could provide the basis for high added value utilization of crop orange stalk.
