以农大108为材料,研究外源亚精胺对淹涝胁迫下玉米幼苗根系细胞膜透性、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性以及根尖细胞核DNA损伤情况的影响。结果表明,亚精胺能维持淹涝胁迫下玉米根细胞膜透性的稳定,延缓乳酸脱氢酶和乙醇脱氢酶活性的上升,降低根尖细胞核DNA的损伤百分比和级别。外源亚精胺浸种能提高玉米对芽涝的抵抗能力。
The effects of exogenous spermidine on membrane permeability, activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and root DNA damage in root tips of maize seedling under drought stress were studied. The results showed that spermidine could maintain the stability of membrane permeability of maize root under submergence stress, retard the increase of lactate dehydrogenase and alcohol dehydrogenase activity, and reduce the percentage and level of DNA damage in root tip cells. Seed soaking with exogenous spermidine can improve the resistance of corn to waterlogging.
