目的:探讨军队医院文职护士工作满意度水平及影响因素。方法:采用Mueller/Mc Closkey满意度量表(MM SS)对176名文职护士的工作满意度情况进行调查。结果:文职护士的工作满意度水平较低,文职护士满意的是工作被称赞和被认可及与共事者(医生、护士)的关系,不满意的是专业发展的机会。结论:医院领导及护理管理者应采取有效措施,提高文职护士的工作满意度,调动文职护士工作的积极性,以达到稳定文职护士队伍,提高医院护理工作质量的目的。
Objective: To investigate the job satisfaction and influence factors of civilian nurses in military hospitals. METHODS: The job satisfaction of 176 civilian nurses was investigated using the Mueller / Mc Closkey Satisfaction Scale (MM SS). Results: The level of job satisfaction of civil nurses is low. The job satisfaction of civil nurses is the work being praised and accepted and the relationship with the co-workers (doctors and nurses). The dissatisfaction is the chance of professional development. Conclusion: Hospital leaders and nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the job satisfaction of civilian nurses and mobilize the enthusiasm of civilian nurses in order to stabilize the ranks of civilian nurses and improve the quality of hospital nursing.
