随着我国经济的快速发展以及城市化进程的不断加速,作为环卫工作主力军的环卫工人为美化城市环境做出了巨大的贡献。但是,城市环卫工人中的临时工却遭遇了同工不同酬待遇,不能享受同事业单位正式环卫工人的相同社会保障和社会福利待遇,他们的生存状况堪忧。本文简单描述了城市环卫工人中的临时工的现状,从政策制定者和执行者的角度提出改进城市环卫工人中的临时工生活条件的建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the accelerating process of urbanization, sanitation workers, the main force of sanitation work, have made tremendous contributions to the beautification of the urban environment. However, temporary workers in urban sanitation workers have suffered unequal remuneration for same-sex workers and can not enjoy the same social security and social benefits as regular sanitation workers in business units. Their living conditions are worrying. This article briefly describes the current status of temporary workers in urban sanitation workers and suggests ways to improve the living conditions of urban sanitation workers from the perspective of policy makers and implementers.
