一、菌种的培养基物。供食菌菌种分离培养的基物很多,概括起来有3种:完全培养基——能满足任何微生物的营养需要,其成份都是已知的如察氏培养基,马丁培养基等;基本培养基——由天然原料与部分已知有机物合成如马铃薯·葡萄糖琼脂培养基(简称PDA)、木汁。米糠琼脂培养基等;补充培养基——菌株经诱变后不能在基本培养基上生长,必须在培养基中补充某种有机营养成分。目前分离香菇,平菇(冻菌)、猴头,木耳,银耳都习惯用PDA培养基。一般地说只要配方准确,操作认真细致,菌丝体都能良好生长。腐生菌分解木质纤维素的能力很强,在许多腐朽的木桩上子实体往往生长发育得格外健壮。根据这一特性我们从1974年起用木汁(谷草,麦草,玉米芯即可)米糠琼脂培养
