目的:探讨补充支链氨基酸(BCAA)对运动大鼠心肌、骨骼肌代谢的影响。方法:雄性Wistar鼠随机分为正常对照组、游泳对照组和BCAA游泳组,除BCAA游泳组饲料添加BCAA外,其余两组均摄食普通酪蛋白饲料。经3周游泳训练,测血乳酸和肿瘤坏死因子TNF水平骨骼肌和心肌 糖原含量,LDH及Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性。结果:两游泳组大鼠心肌和骨骼肌LDH活性显著增强,血乳酸水平明显升高。与游泳对照组相比,BCAA游泳组骨骼肌和心肌Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性均明显增强,血清TNF、心肌糖原增幅更明显,骨骼肌糖原含量减幅降低。结论:补充BCAA可能具有调节运动大鼠心肌、骨骼肌代谢作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of BCAA supplementation on myocardial and skeletal muscle metabolism in trained rats. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, swimming control group and BCAA swimming group. BCAA swimming group fed BCAA diet, but the other two groups fed common casein diet. Serum levels of LDL and Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase were measured by blood lactate and tumor necrosis factor TNF levels after 3 weeks of swimming training. Results: The LDH activity of myocardium and skeletal muscle of two swimming groups were significantly increased, and the level of blood lactate was significantly increased. Compared with the swimming group, the activities of Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase in BCAA swimming group were significantly increased, the levels of serum TNF and myocardial glycogen increased more obviously, and the decrease of glycogen content in skeletal muscle decreased. CONCLUSION: BCAA supplementation may regulate myocardial and skeletal muscle metabolism in exercising rats.
