高血压是心血管常见疾病之一,流行病学调查发现,高血压是引起冠心病、脑卒中、充血性心力衰竭、肾功能损害的影响因素。我院于2005年对我市农村18周岁以上的农村人口进行了综合性调查,现将高血压患病情况分析如下:卫对象与方法1．1对象调查对象为四川省自贡市4区2县年满18周岁的农村常住人口。1．2方法由我院派专家组到乡镇对当地医务人员进行高血压专业知识培训,考试合格者列为调查组成员,并对其统一认识、统一标准、统一器械,控制调查质量关。1．3诊断标准诊断标准采用1999年世界卫生组织高血压专家委员会(WHO／ISH)确定的标准和中国高血压防治指
