主要针对炭/SiO_x(0≤x≤2)基锂离子电池负极复合材料的研究现状进行了分析、总结,对材料设计和制备思路进行了探讨和展望。分别从SiO_x基活性材料的电化学和物理特性、复合材料的化学组成、粒径分布和形貌设计、制备方法等角度进行了分析和阐述。由于目前还未发现电化学综合性能优异的单相材料,材料的复合处理是提高和优化综合电性能的一个重要方法,文中探析了多相材料之间的协同效应,期望对炭/SiO_x(0≤x≤2)基锂离子电池负极复合材料的设计和制备提供借鉴。
The research status of negative electrode composites for lithium-based / SiOx (0≤x≤2) -based Li-ion batteries was analyzed and summarized. The design and preparation of materials were discussed and prospected. The electrochemical and physical properties of the SiOx base active materials, the chemical composition, particle size distribution and morphology of the composites, the preparation methods and the like are respectively analyzed and elaborated. Since no monophasic material with excellent electrochemical performance has been found, the composite treatment of materials is an important method to improve and optimize the electrical properties. In this paper, the synergistic effect between multiphase materials is explored. ≤x≤2) base lithium-ion battery anode composite materials design and preparation of reference.
