教学反思是新课程改革教师教学行为转变的重要内容,也是教师进行自评的重点。反思是教师以自己的职业活动为思考对象,对自己在工作中的行为以及由此产生的效果进行审视和分析的过程,被认为是“教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素”。
Teaching reflection is an important part of the transformation of teachers’ teaching behavior in the new curriculum reform, and it is also the focus of teachers’ self-evaluation. Reflection is the process in which teachers think about their own professional activities and examine and analyze their own behaviors at work and the resulting effects. They are considered to be “core factors of teacher professional development and self-development”.
