故障现象一辆装备玉柴4缸发动机的中通中巴客车,采用了亚新科单体泵控制系统。据驾驶人反映,该车行驶时发喘、耸车,发动机偶尔还会出现起动困难,严重影响了车辆的正常使用。故障诊断接车后首先试车,上述故障确实存在。接着连接ADS柴油车故障检测仪,因为亚新科控制单元采用CAN通讯方式,诊断连接器为4端子式,利用ADS柴油车故障检测仪的万用诊断连接器,分别依次连接到车辆诊断连接器上的CAN-H、CAN-L、电源、搭铁端子后,打开笔记本电脑,调得的故障代码如图1所示。记录下故障代码后,用故障检测仪清除故障代码,然后再次进行试车后,上述故障代码会再次出现,结合该车的故障现象和故障代码
