本次调查试图了解社会工作专业学生的实习效果,从实习动机着手,分析实习动机是否对学生的实习效果产生显著影响,究竟哪些实习动机对效果产生影响。经过分析发现:社会工作学生的个人成长效果与回避失败动机和求知进取动机存在着线性关系。同时,本文还发现社会工作学生的求知进取的动机越强烈,他们的专业成长效果越好。
This survey attempts to understand the internship effect of social work majors, starting from the motivation of trainees to analyze whether the internship motivation has a significant impact on the students’ internship effect, and which internship motivation has an impact on the results. After analysis, it is found that there is a linear relationship between the personal growth effect of social work students and avoidance failure motivation and motivation. At the same time, this article also found that the motivation of social work students’ knowledge and progress is stronger, and their professional growth effect is better.
