本研究通过构建日本血吸虫成虫cDNA表达文库,用血吸虫病人混合血清从中筛选出日本血吸虫抗原基因表达克隆。以研制日本血吸虫病的分子诊断抗原和分子疫苗抗原。从日本血吸虫成虫提取总RNA并纯化mRNA,合成cDNA后,再与噬菌体λgt11重组构建cDNA文库(陈淑贞等1992)。
In this study, we constructed the cDNA expression library of Schistosoma japonicum adult worms and screened out the gene expression clones of Schistosoma japonicum antigen by using mixed serum of schistosomiasis patients. To develop molecular diagnosis of schistosomiasis antigen and molecular vaccine antigen. Total RNA was extracted from adult worms of Schistosoma japonicum and the mRNA was purified. CDNA was synthesized and then recombined with bacteriophage λgt11 to construct a cDNA library (Chen et al., 1992).
