教师是学校的主体,加强师资队伍建设是提高学校教育质量和办学水平的关键。本文分析了我国中等职业学校师资队伍现状与职业教育的改革和发展的需要不适应的原因,探讨了如何解决中等职业学校师资队伍中存在的问题。
Teachers are the main body of the school. Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is the key to improving the quality of school education and running a school. This article analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers in our country and the reasons for the reform and development of vocational education do not meet the needs of how to solve the problem of secondary vocational school teachers.
