在2004年召开的全国人民代表大会上,《劳动合同法》被列入了今年的立法计划。日前,《劳动合同法》(草案)已进入调研征求意见阶段。2005年度中国劳动法学研究会年会暨劳动合同立法理论研讨会也于10月下旬在华东政法学院举行。为此,记者连线参与《劳动合同法》(草案)起草、修改的的华东政法学院教授、博士生导师董保华,中国劳动关系学院法学系副主任姜颖等部分专家、教授,对《劳动合同法》立法的各方意见及焦点问题作了较全方位的打探——
