1988年7月,上海市虹桥经济技术开发区第26号地块1.29公顷土地的50年使用权,以2800万美元(相当于人民币10416万元)的代价,出让给日本国孙氏企业公司。这是新中国诞生以来,我国首次以国际招标方式向国外投资者有偿转让土地使用权。它标志着上海的房地产经营,已迈出了开拓性的一步,为进一步推动土地使用制度的改革,闯出了一条新路。现就二年来试点工作的过程,作一简略回顾。
July 1988, Shanghai Hongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone No. 26 plots of land 1.29 hectares of land for 50 years to 28 million US dollars (equivalent to 104.16 million yuan), sold to Japan’s Sun Enterprise Company. This is the first time since the founding of new China that our country paid land use rights to foreign investors on an international basis for the first time. It marks Shanghai’s real estate business has taken a pioneering step, to further promote the reform of land use system, has opened a new road. Now on the process of two years of pilot work, make a brief review.
