目的 :分析胸部放疗的患者肋软骨区的辐射剂量与患者肋软骨区疼痛发生的关系。方法 :6 5例胸部接受放疗的患者 ,书面调查肋软骨区疼痛情况 ,回顾性调查患者的放射治疗计划(TPS)和剂量分布 ,分析疼痛部位与放射剂量的关系。结果 :16例在治疗中感觉肋软骨区疼痛 (16 /5 2 ,30 .7% ) ,局部剂量在 4 0 0 0 c Gy~ 5 5 0 0 c Gy;32例患者前后肋剂量相当。结论 :应使肋软骨区疼痛的局部剂量在 4 0 0 0 c Gy~ 5 5 0 0 c Gy;肋软骨较肋骨、软组织对放射更为敏感。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between radiation dose in costal cartilage area and pain in cartilage area of patients undergoing chest radiotherapy. Methods: Sixty-five patients undergoing chest radiotherapy were investigated for pain in the cartilage area. The radiotherapy planning (TPS) and dose distribution of the patients were retrospectively investigated. The relationship between the pain site and the radiation dose was analyzed. RESULTS: Sixteen patients felt pain in the costal cartilage area (16/5 2, 30.7%) and the local dose ranged from 40-60 c Gy. The dose of rib was the same in 32 patients. CONCLUSIONS: The local dose of pain in the costal cartilage region should be between 400 cG and 5500 c Gy. Costal cartilage is more sensitive to radiation than rib and soft tissue.
