目的:建立α-生育酚残留溶剂的检查方法。方法:用顶空气相色谱法对α-生育酚中乙醇、乙酸乙酯、苯残留溶剂进行检测,采用rtx-5(5%苯基-95.0%二甲基聚氧硅烷)(30m×0.32μm×0.32mm),程序升温,顶空进样,进样体积1mL。结果:精密度RSD均小于2%,峰面积与浓度均有良好的线性关系,最低检测限在67ng·mL-1以下,回收率均符合要求。结论:该方法稳定、简便、准确,可用于α-生育酚3种有机溶剂残留物检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of α-tocopherol residual solvents. Methods: Ethanol, ethyl acetate and benzene residual solvents in α-tocopherol were detected by headspace gas chromatography using rtx-5 (5% phenyl-95.0% dimethylpolysiloxane) (30m × 0.32μm × 0.32mm), program temperature, head space injection, injection volume 1mL. Results: The RSDs of precision were both less than 2%. The peak area and concentration had a good linear relationship. The lowest detection limit was below 67ng · mL-1, and the recovery rates were satisfactory. Conclusion: The method is stable, simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of 3 kinds of organic solvent residues of α-tocopherol.
