以福建官昌水库为例,通过3 d实际降雨资料,将其同倍比缩放得出几种降雨情景,利用降雨情境下的出、入流过程绘制降雨-最大净增蓄量曲线图,推求出未来3 d水库所能承载的最大抗暴雨能力,为防汛部门和水库预先采取调度措施提供有效信息,使防洪减灾效果达到最大化,最终减少人民群众生命财产损失。
Taking the Guanchang Reservoir in Fujian Province as an example, several rainfall scenarios were scaled by scaling the same rainfall ratio with the actual rainfall data for 3 days. The rainfall-maximum net recharge curve was plotted based on the rainfall inflow and outflow process, The maximum anti-storm capacity that the reservoir can carry in the future 3 d will provide effective information for the flood control departments and reservoirs to take pre-deployment measures so as to maximize the flood control and disaster reduction effects and ultimately reduce the loss of people’s lives and property.
