高职院校牧医专业要以培养高技能人才为主要目标,实现工学结合的人才培养模式。因此,要在高职院校的教学过程中突出教学实训的功能化作用,强化教学实训基地的特色化建设。建设高水平高职院校校内教育实训基地,是发展方向,也是实现人才培养的新型模式,具有提升高职院校牧医专业教学新内涵、推动当前高职教育改革的跨越式发展的作用。
The specialty of animal husbandry in higher vocational colleges should take the cultivation of highly skilled personnel as the main goal, and realize the mode of personnel training combined with work and study. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the functional role of teaching and training in the teaching process of higher vocational colleges and to strengthen the specialization of teaching and training bases. It is a development direction and a new model for cultivating qualified personnel to build an in-school education and training base in a high-level vocational college. It has the function of promoting the new connotation of teaching herders in higher vocational colleges and promoting the leapfrog development of current higher vocational education reform .
