引言有机材料被元素氧自动氧化的机理是氢过氧化物分解形成的烷氧和过氧自由基引发的自由基链式反应。随着氢过氧化物的形成,发生链的裂解和交联反应,从而导致聚合材料的性能恶化。在天然和合成橡胶中不饱和性的存在使它们特别易于自动氧化,因而用防老剂对氧化降解提供防获是很必要的。在未加引发剂和终止剂时烃的无抑制的自动氧化涉及下列反应:
Introduction The mechanism of organic material being oxidized by elemental oxygen is the radical chain reaction initiated by the decomposition of hydroperoxide and the formation of peroxy radicals. With the formation of hydroperoxides, chain cleavage and cross-linking reactions occur, resulting in deterioration of the properties of the polymeric material. The presence of unsaturation in natural and synthetic rubbers makes them particularly susceptible to auto-oxidation and therefore the use of antioxidants to provide anti-oxidative degradation is necessary.
