在全国固定电话业务经营普遍呈下滑趋势的今天,庆阳电信人却合着企业战略转型的强劲节拍,乘势而上,扎实提升管理效能,强化执行力,在企业经营环境日益艰苦的条件下,保持了传统与转型业务协同发展,不但稳定了市场基本面,而且在拓展农村宽带方面积累了宝贵的经验,提供了借鉴。企业连续三年超额完成了全年工作目标,连续两年综合考评位居全省第一。2007年5月份,甘肃电信“全省宽带业务发展暨我的e家推进现场会”在庆阳召开,东道主庆阳电信分公司,再次成为全省电信企业观摩、学习的对象。本刊采编人员经过在庆阳的调研,了解到庆阳电信之所以能取得骄人的业绩,主要源于优秀的领导能力、卓越的执行能力和杰出的营销能力。本刊希望通过对庆阳电信经验的介绍,为其他同样处于经营困难的本地电信网运营企业提供借鉴。
