1997年11月9日至29日,由中国机电产品进出口商会唐仲文会长带领的中国工程与农机考察团对巴西、阿根廷、智利三国市场进行了考察,在我驻外使领馆经商处的积极支持和帮助下,通过座谈、走访和实地考察,与我使领馆经商处沟通了情况,交流了信息,与三国政府有关部门、商会及中介组织、银行等部门进行了会谈,并与阿工商产业商会签订了合作协议;与三国代理商、经销商及企业进行了商务洽谈,建立了业务联系,签订了出口合同;代表团还听取了我国驻三国中资机构经营情况和问题的介绍,并就在外建点事宜进行了探讨,考察取得了预期成效。
