哈萨克斯坦总理卡·马西莫夫2007年7月30日在政府会议上表示,哈决定将卡沙甘大型油田的计划开采时间从2008年推迟到2010年下半年。哈方希望在此期间能同各投资方达成协议,使哈国在卡沙甘油田所获得的收入份额从10%提高到40%。
Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Kar Masamov said at a government meeting on July 30, 2007 that Kazakhstan decided to postpone the planned mining time of Kashagan’s large oilfield from 2008 to the second half of 2010. Kazakhstan hopes to reach an agreement with various investors during this period to increase the share of Kazakhstan’s share of revenue in Kashagan oilfields from 10% to 40%.
