11月2日,怀揣着对南京历史文化的憧憬,我和比较学习南京高中组的4位同伴抵达目的地——南京市第三高级中学。通过两周时间的跟岗学习,我们对钱彤校长、程学贵书记、吕天纵老校长、杨守瑛主任等学校领导、老师进行了个别访谈,参与了该校的各项教育教学活动,同时还考察了南京市游府西街小学、南京市第一幼儿园以及秦淮区教师发展中心等单位。一路学习一路反思,收获颇丰,针对我县当前存在的主要问题,下面谈谈南京市第三高级中学对我触
On November 2, with my longing for Nanjing’s history and culture, I and four companions from Nanjing High School made a comparative study tour - Nanjing No.3 High School. Through two weeks’ study, we conducted individual interviews with school leaders and teachers such as President Qian Tong, Secretary Cheng Xuegui, President Li Tiantian and Director Yang Shouying, participated in various education and teaching activities of the school, and also studied Nanjing City Tour House West Primary School, Nanjing City, the first nursery and Qinhuai District Teachers Development Center and other units.
