我市１９９７ 年７０２５ 例活产儿中， 有６１１ 例新生儿发生窒息， 窒息率为８７０％ 。其中１分钟或５ 分钟Ａｐｇａｒ评分０～７ 分者有５２６ 例， 占窒息总数的８６０９％ 。抓好围产保健， 及时纠正高危因素， 是预防新生儿窒息的关键。
Among the 7,025 live births in 1997 in our city, 611 newborns were asphyxiated with asphyxia rate of 870%. One or five minutes Apgar score 0 to 7 were 526 cases, accounting for 86 09% of the total number of asphyxia. Good grasp of perinatal care, timely correction of risk factors, is the key to preventing neonatal asphyxia.
