全面质量管理是在产品生产的全过程中,对产品质量进行科学分析和控制的管理方法,它是数理统计与生产技术相结合的一门学科。它早在本世纪初期开始,随着工业生产发展的需要,逐渐成长至今,已成为现代经营管理必须掌握的科学方法。所谓“全过程”包括:设计、生产、辅助生产及用户服务四个方面,其中产品质量能使用户满意是消除商品国际界限的首要依据;(对用户服务的优良风格是社会文明程度的一个鲜明标志;)认真执行全面质量管理是办好企业的集中表现。我们现在对此重要性有了初步认识,开始了这方面的工作,形势十分可喜!然而必须持之以恒。根据本刊宗旨,我们应当做好配合工作。为此,特约本文作为我们的配合开端,本刊热诚欢迎广大作者来稿支持这项工作。
Total quality management is a management method that scientifically analyzes and controls product quality during the entire process of product production.
