为探讨砷中毒的肾脏损害机理,通过急性实验和亚慢性实验,研究了砷对小鼠肾脏脂质过氧化(LP)水平的影响。结果表明:在急性实验中,随着染毒剂量的增加,GSH含量逐渐增加,并呈剂量-效应关系;中剂量组SOD活力显著增加,高剂量组则显著下降;仅在高剂量组可见GSH-Px活力的显著降低及MDA水平的显著增高。亚慢性实验中,高、超剂量组GSH含量及GSH-Px活力显著降低;各剂量组SOD活力未见显著变化;仅在高剂量组可见MDA水平的显著增高,其它各组未见显著变化。提示:砷可引起小鼠肾组织发生LP,LP可能是砷致肾脏损害的机制之一
To investigate the mechanism of kidney damage caused by arsenic poisoning, acute and subchronic experiments were conducted to study the effects of arsenic on lipid peroxidation (LP) in mice kidney. The results showed that in the acute experiment, the GSH content increased gradually with dose-effect relationship as the dosage increased, the SOD activity increased significantly in the medium dose group and decreased significantly in the high dose group, GSH -Px significantly reduced vitality and significantly increased MDA levels. In the subchronic experiment, GSH content and GSH-Px activity in high and overdose groups were significantly decreased. There was no significant change in SOD activity in each dose group. MDA content was significantly increased only in high dose group, but no significant change in other groups. Tip: arsenic can cause LP in mouse kidney tissue, LP may be one of the mechanisms of renal damage caused by arsenic
