乡镇(街道)综合文化站作为社区基层文化建设的核心单位,一直以来,默默地发挥着它在基层文化建设中的主导作用,这对加强社区基层文化建设以及城市和谐文明建设具有重要的现实意义。改革开放以来,社区居民的物质生活水平得到了长足的提高,但不得不承认,随着经济水平的提高如今的基层文化活动却大大减少了,居民参与的激情大大减弱了,群众的精神归属感越来越淡。究其原因,文化站在发展中问题重重,没能发挥有效地作用难辞其咎。如何让镇乡文化站带动基层文化传承与发展,充分发挥其在基层文化建设中的作用,是本文主要讨论的问题。 As the core unit of community grass-roots cultural construction, township (street) comprehensive cultural station has been quietly exerting its leading role in grass-roots cultural construction, which is of great practical significance to strengthen grassroots cultural construction in the community and the construction of harmonious urban civilization .
