Antigen-presenting cells (APCs) are one of the factors that influence the nature of cytokines. In this study, the established T cell lines were used to analyze the effects of various APCs expressing different adhesion molecules on T cell proliferation and cytokine secretion. CD_4 ~ +, antigen-specific, allogeneic specific T cell lines were analyzed, all kinds of cell lines can produce IL-2, IL-4, IFNγ and α-tumor under the stimulation of PMA and Ionomycin Necrosis factor, but the ratio between IL-4 and interferon gamma or alpha-tumor necrosis factor varies widely.
