该俱乐部成立之前曾充分总结以往赴国外培训球队的经验及教训,经过三 年的精心策划、准备,最终挑选多名14-16岁具有足球潜力的青少年足球运动员 赴欧洲足球学校进行为期三年的专业足球培训。同时球队参加当地区的同年龄 组比赛,全年共计约70场比赛,既在实战中演练了学习所得,又能设身处地地 感受世界顶级俱乐部的良好足球环境及足球氛围。不同于其他足球俱乐部的 是,球员在国外的全部培训费用由八喜盛世足球俱乐部负担。目前,俱乐部的 第一批共26名小球员已经由马拉加俱乐部前主教练何赛·卡洛斯·费尔南多·
