本文研究了烧结温度和冷却速度对合金微观结构和力学性能的影响。得出:90W-7Ni-3Cu合金在1330~1370℃范围内烧结、随炉冷却工艺,可使合金强度和延伸率综合性能上升,而在1390~1410℃时,炉冷则导致合金性能下降。并且指出,减小钨晶粒的平均直径和粘结相的平均自由程,合金的强度上升,而只有在粘结相平均自由程有一定厚度,钨晶粒分布均匀时,合金才有较好的延性。
In this paper, the effects of sintering temperature and cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the 90W-7Ni-3Cu alloy sintered at 1330 ~ 1370 ℃ with the furnace cooling process, the strength and elongation of the alloy can increase the overall performance, while at 1390 ~ 1410 ℃, furnace cooling leads to decreased performance of the alloy. It is also pointed out that the decrease of the average diameter of the tungsten grains and the average free path of the binder phase leads to an increase in the strength of the alloy, whereas the alloy is better only when the mean free path of the binder phase has a certain thickness and the tungsten grains are uniformly distributed Ductility.
