目的 应用颞肌筋膜瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损８ 例。方法 根据缺损大小和部位设计全部或部分颞肌筋膜瓣，将其转移修复口腔颌面部缺损，５ 例修复上颌骨缺损，２ 例修复下颌骨升支前缘及咽侧壁，１ 例修复上颌骨及眼眶。结果 本组８ 例颞肌筋膜瓣全部成活，缺损处组织充填丰满，病人可正常进食和言语，外观满意。结论 颞肌筋膜瓣是口腔颌面部缺损理想的修复材料。
Objective To repair 8 cases of oral and maxillofacial defects with temporal fascia flap. Methods All or part of the temporal myofascial flap was designed according to the size and site of the defect. The defect was reconstructed in 5 cases of maxillary defect, 2 cases of mandibular ascending anterior margin and pharyngeal wall were repaired Maxillary and orbital. Results All the 8 cases of temporomandibular fascia flap survived, the defect tissue filled with fullness, the patient can eat normally and speech, the appearance of satisfaction. Conclusion Temporal myofascial flap is an ideal repair material for oral and maxillofacial defects.
