目的了解舟山市居民伤害死亡特征,为海岛地区制定伤害预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法收集舟山市2009-2015年居民伤害死亡资料,按国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)进行分类,用描述性方法进行统计分析。结果 2009-2015年舟山市居民伤害年均死亡率为51.39/10万,标化死亡率为44.23/10万,居全死因第5位,男性伤害死亡率高于女性(χ~2=245.588,P=0.000);伤害死因前5位依次为意外跌落(18.29/10万)、机动车辆交通事故(12.46/10万)、淹死(4.34/10万)、机动车以外的运输事故(4.26/10万)、其他意外事故和有害效应(3.79/10万);淹死(3.51/10万)是0~14岁儿童的主要伤害死因,交通事故(10.74/10万)是15~64岁青壮年的主要伤害死因,非故意跌落(134.95/10万)是65岁以上老年人主要伤害死因;男性因渔业捕捞和船舶运输事故造成的伤害死亡率为8.46/10万;伤害平均减寿年数为12.19年,减寿率为6.75‰。结论伤害是舟山市重要的公共卫生问题之一,造成巨大期望寿命损失,应针对不同人群开展相应的伤害预防控制。
Objective To understand the characteristics of injuries and deaths of residents in Zhoushan City, and to provide reference for formulating harm prevention and control measures in island areas. Methods The data of death from injury among residents in Zhoushan from 2009 to 2015 were collected and classified according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). Statistical analysis was conducted by descriptive method. Results The annual average death rate of residents in Zhoushan from 2009 to 2015 was 51.39 / lakh and the standardized mortality rate was 44.23 / lakh, ranking the fifth in the cause of death. The mortality rate of male injuries was higher than that of females (χ ~ 2 = 245.588, P = 0.000). The top 5 causes of injuries were accidental drop (18.29 / 100 000), motor vehicle accidents (12.46 / 100 000), drowning (4.34 / 100 000), motor vehicles other than transportation accidents (4.26 / 100000), other accidents and harmful effects (3.79 / 100000); drowning (3.51 / 100000) is the main cause of death of children aged 0-14 years, traffic accidents (10.74 / 100000) is 15 to 64 years old The main causes of death in adulthood, unintentional falls (134.95 / 100000) were the major causes of death among the elderly over the age of 65. The mortality rate of males resulting from fishing and shipping accidents was 8.46 / lakh and the average number of longevity of injury was In 12.19 years, the rate of reduction in life was 6.75 ‰. Conclusion Injury is one of the important public health problems in Zhoushan City, causing great loss of life expectancy. Injury prevention and control should be carried out for different populations.
