目的建立元胡止痛系列品种通用的鉴别检测控制方法。方法采用TLC鉴别法,分别采用硅胶G板,以环己烷-三氯甲烷-甲醇(5:3:0.5)为展开剂,碘蒸汽显色,紫外灯(365nm)下检视和以石油醚(60℃~90℃)-乙醚-甲酸(10:10:1)为展开剂,紫外灯(365nm)下检视,鉴别元胡止痛片、胶囊、颗粒和口服液中延胡索和白芷。结果:样品中所检测的斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性对照无干扰。结论:建立的通用TLC鉴别方法简便、重现性好,可用于元胡止痛系列品种质量控制。
Objective To establish a universal identification and control method of Yuanhu analgesic series. Methods TLC identification was performed on silica gel G plates with cyclohexane-chloroform-methanol (5: 3: 0.5) as developing solvent, iodine vapor colorimetry, UV lamp (365nm) 60 ℃ ~ 90 ℃) -Ethyl ether-formic acid (10: 10: 1) as developing solvent, UV lamp (365nm) under the view to identify Yuanhu Zhitong tablets, capsules, granules and oral liquid Corydal and Angelica. Results: Specimens detected in the sample clear, good resolution, negative control without interference. Conclusion: The established TLC identification method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Yuanhu analgesic series.
