针对南阳油田地层中Fe3+含量和泥质含量高的特点,研制了以有机酸和含氟盐为主要成分的RA37酸液,并对作用机理进行了探讨。室内试验结果表明,RA37酸液的缓速性能好,其残酸不会造成二次沉淀物,具有较强的Fe3+稳定能力;该酸液对油管的腐蚀性小,适合于中高温地层的酸化作业。RA37酸液的长岩心流动试验表明,该酸液对长岩心有很好的酸化效果,有效作用时间长(可达12h)。
Aiming at the characteristics of high content of Fe3 + and high content of shale in the formations of Nanyang Oilfield, an RA37 acid solution containing organic acids and fluorine-containing salts as main components was developed and the mechanism of action was discussed. The results of laboratory tests show that the rheological properties of RA37 acid solution are good, and the residual acid does not cause secondary sediment, and has strong Fe3 + stabilization ability. The acid is less corrosive to tubing and suitable for the acidification of medium and high temperature formations operation. The long core flow test of RA37 acid showed that the acid had good acidification effect on the long core, and the effective time was up to 12h.
