目的探讨Langerhanscell(LC)和淋巴细胞在贲门癌中的反应与预后的关系。方法以生物素标记链霉菌素蛋白免疫组织化学方法,用S-100蛋白抗体对贲门癌组织进行染色,油镜下观察LC及淋巴细胞的数量变化,将所得结果用秩和检验法进行统计分析。结果癌组织中LC的数量与其分化程度、患者预后呈正相关,同时在密集的区域常有淋巴细胞伴随。结论癌组织内S-100蛋白阳性LC及淋巴细胞随数量的增多,患者生存期随之延长。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Langerhanscell (LC) and lymphocytes in cardiac cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical method of biotin-labeled streptavidin was used to stain cardiac cancer tissues with S-100 protein antibody. The changes of LC and lymphocytes were observed under oil microscopy. The results were statistically analyzed by the rank sum test. . RESULTS: The number of LC in cancer tissues was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation and the prognosis of patients. At the same time, lymphocytes were frequently associated with lymphatic vessels in dense areas. Conclusion The S-100 protein-positive LC and lymphocyte counts increase in the cancerous tissue, and the survival time of the patient is prolonged.
