大力推进工业化与信息化的融合发展,是促进上海产业结构优化升级,不断提升产业竞争力,推动制造经济向服务经济转型的重要途径。本文在分析两化融合理论内涵和发展规律的基础上,理清两化融合的内在机制,并对上海两化融合发展的现状、目标、思路和产业政策进行深入探讨。
Vigorously promoting the integration of industrialization and informatization is an important way to promote the optimization and upgrading of Shanghai’s industrial structure, continuously upgrade its industrial competitiveness and promote the transformation of the manufacturing economy into a service economy. Based on the analysis of the connotation and the law of development of the two theories of integration, this article clarifies the internal mechanism of the integration of the two cultures and probes into the status quo, goals, ideas and industrial policies of the integration and development of Shanghai and Shanghai.
