党组织领导人的模范行动,对于开展党内批评,有很重要的意义。党的一切领导干部都必须力戒骄傲自满,都必须同普通党员一样,接受党组织和党员群众的监督。党的一切领导干部,不但要造成条件,使党员群众敢于进行批评,而且还要做出榜样,对于自己工作中的缺点和错误,诚恳地而不是敷衍地进行自我批评。各级党委的领导人,要特别注意在党委会内部认真地发扬民主,造成畅所欲言的批评和自我批评的空气。
The exemplary actions of the party leaders are of great significance to the criticism in the party. All leading cadres in the Party must make every effort to be proud and complacent. They must all accept the supervision of the party organizations and the party members and masses as ordinary members. All leading cadres in the party must not only create the conditions for the masses of the party members to dare to criticize but also set an example for self-criticism sincerely rather than perfunctoryly for the shortcomings and mistakes in their work. The leaders of party committees at all levels should pay special attention to the fact that they should conscientiously carry forward democracy within the party committees and create an open-minded atmosphere of criticism and self-criticism.
