国立中央大学不仅是南京国民政府时期的最高学府，也是抗战时期国内规模最大、系科最全的大学。中央大学在抗战期间实施的配合抗战、服务抗战的措施，诸如院系的整合与课程的调整、各类培训班的建立、以科研服务抗战以及对抗战建国活动的直接投入等，不仅发挥了大学教育的人才优势，为抗战的最后胜利作出了贡献，而且折射出了学术与政治间的互动。中央大学的内迁及其抗战救亡运动是内迁高校抗战运动的一个缩影和典范。","The national central university is not only the highest educational institution during the Nanjing National govement, but also the largest and the most comprehensive university during the Anti-Japanese War. The central university took measures of resistance and service with the implementation in the Anti-Japanese War, such as integration and adjusting the course; the establishment of all kinds of training; with scientific research services and the activities of the founding of resistance, so as to make university directly into education with the time closely match, give full play to the university education personnel, for the final victory in the war of resistance. The central university and its founding in resistance movement is moved within the resistance movement to build epitome and model.
