可持续旅游是80年代中期以后提出的关于旅游业发展的新思想。经过十多年的不断拓展深化,已经得到世界各国的广泛认同,并作为跨世纪旅游业发展的战略指导思想。本文从可持续旅游概念的理解和对可持续旅游内涵实质的界定角度出发,结合建设藏区第一州和建设全国最大的国际旅游精品区的需要,对大九寨国际旅游开发区可持续发展进行了深入的探讨,为景区的发展规划提出战略性构想,以期能对大九寨国际旅游区旅游资源的可持续利用和旅游业的可持续发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Sustainable tourism is a new idea put forward by the mid-1980s on the development of tourism. After ten years of continuous deepening, it has been widely recognized by all countries in the world and serves as a strategic guiding ideology for the development of the cross-century tourism industry. Based on the understanding of the concept of sustainable tourism and the definition of the substance of sustainable tourism, this paper combines the needs of building the first state in Tibet and building the largest international tourism boutique in the country, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the sustainable development of Dacheng International Tourism Development Zone In-depth discussion for the strategic planning for the development of scenic spots, with a view to Dah Jiuzhai International Tourism Zone of sustainable use of tourism resources and tourism sustainable development play a pioneering role.
