自改革开放以来,在我国教育改革的发展和完善下,教育事业开始走向良性发展的阶段。中小学音乐教育,作为义务教育的一部分,也取得了大的进步。但发展与问题并存。新课标要求我们从教育理念、教学模式、资源利用以及教学方法上寻找有效改良方式,教师自身也要在思想、技能、实践和心理上获得加强中小学音乐教育的有效渠道。本文就现阶段中小学音乐教育出现的问题进行分析,并对如何成为优秀中小学音乐教师提出几点自己的建议。
Since the reform and opening up, with the development and improvement of China’s education reform, education has begun to move toward a virtuous stage of development. Primary and secondary school music education, as part of compulsory education, has also made great strides. However, both development and problems exist. The new curriculum requires us to find effective ways to improve the educational philosophy, teaching mode, resource utilization and teaching methods. Teachers themselves also have to obtain effective ways of strengthening music education in primary and secondary schools in terms of thinking, skills, practice and psychology. This article analyzes the problems of music education in primary and secondary schools at this stage, and puts forward some suggestions on how to become an excellent primary and secondary school music teacher.
