目前冶金等领域各类衬板在结构上存在的单一性能缺陷,使得衬板使用寿命短、造成维修费用高、检修工作量大、工作环境差等缺陷。使用新型复合型衬板目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供同时具备料磨料性能和综合机械性能的复合结构新型长寿性衬板及便于更换衬板的积料箱。从受料原料品种特性,该衬板同时具有抗冲击、抗腐蚀、抗磨损性能。
At present, the single performance defects of various types of lining boards in metallurgy and other fields exist in the structure, which results in the short service life of the lining boards, resulting in high maintenance costs, heavy maintenance workload and poor working environment. The purpose of using the new composite liner is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and to provide a new long-life composite liner with both abrasive properties and mechanical properties, and a hopper for easy liner replacement.
