随着我国经济社会的快速发展以及医疗卫生领域改革的逐步深化,医院必将面临更加激烈的市场竞争,医护人员的价值观念、思想意识以及职业操守等受到了市场经济的冲击,而医院逐步实施的人事分配制度改革也会引发一定的矛盾及利益冲突,这些因素会使医院思想政治工作面临巨大的压力。因此,要认真分析当前医院思想政治工作中存在的问题,采取针对性措施,切实提升医院思想政治工作的有效性。
