维生素A(VA)缺乏或亚临床缺乏是儿童的常见病,对小儿的生长发育影响颇大。为了进一步防治VA缺乏症,提高儿童的健康水平,我们对杭州城区和湖州、江山农村1~5岁儿童共1242名进行了血清VA水平测定。现将结果报告如下。一、对象和方法1.对象:本次检测的对象年龄均为满1周岁到不足6岁。城市组儿童635名,系1996年暑假剧省儿童保健院进行入园前健康体格检查的五个省级幼儿园的新生,其中男童339名,女童296名;农村组607名,系采用分层整群抽样方法,分别在湖州、江山农村各抽取5个行政村,村中该年龄段的儿童
Vitamin A (VA) deficiency or subclinical deficiency is a common childhood disease that has a significant impact on children’s growth and development. In order to further prevent and cure VA deficiency and improve the health of children, we measured the level of serum VA in 1242 children from 1 to 5 years old in urban areas of Hangzhou and Huzhou, rural areas of China. The results reported below. First, the object and method 1.
