社会服务、教学、科研是高职院校的三大职能,而科研在高职院校稳定、持续发展中起到了极其重要的作用。随着社会和科技的不断进步,对教师科研能力提出新的要求,科研能力的评价日益受到重视,但过去科研评价体系的问题也日益暴露出来,比如:重视数量,而忽略质量,偏重形式,而轻视内容,注重短期,而忽视长远,加之评价指标较为单一,标准也趋于定量化,方法相对较为简单等诸多问题,这些问题有碍于高等职业技术学院的稳定、健康发展,对此我们在实际工作中要不断地探索和创新,寻求其改进创新的措施。
