我厂于七一年底开始试制球墨铸铁曲轴。在各级领导的重视和支持下以及各兄弟单位的协助下,经过半年多的实践,于七二年七月生产出第一批球铁曲轴,质量符合QT60-2标准。投产至今,已能生产手拖195-2C、195-12曲轴,空压机3L-8/10曲轴,冷冻机8AS10、4FV10、2FV10曲轴,粤野CA-10汽车曲轴及柴油机曲轴等共12种。已有四千多条曲轴出厂。
I plant trial production of ductile iron crankshaft by the end of July. With the attention and support of leaders at all levels and the assistance of various fraternal units, after more than six months of practice, the first batch of ductile iron crankshafts were produced in July 1972, the quality of which conforms to the QT60-2 standard. Production has so far produced a total of 12 kinds of hand-towed 195-2C, 195-12 crankshaft, air compressor 3L-8/10 crankshaft, freezer 8AS10, 4FV10, 2FV10 crankshaft, Cantonese CA-10 automobile crankshaft and diesel engine crankshaft . More than 4,000 crankshafts have been delivered.
