对 3 7名锰电焊作业工人血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和脂质过氧化产物—丙二醛 (LPO—MDA )进行研究。结果表明 :锰电焊作业工人SOD活性减低 ,MDA浓度升高 ,其均值分别为 483 65± 14 6 83u/ gHb和 5 40± 1 74μmol/ml ,与对照组比较降低了 2 4 0 6% ,升高了 76 47% ,均有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;工龄分层研究显示 ,随接锰作业工龄的延长 ,接锰组的尿锰水平和MDA均有升高的趋势 ,而SOD活性有下降趋势。
Blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation product, malondialdehyde (LPO-MDA), were studied in 37 workers of manganese welding. The results showed that the activity of SOD in manganese welding workers decreased and the concentration of MDA increased, with mean values of 483 65 ± 14 6 83u / gHb and 5 40 ± 1 74μmol / ml, respectively, decreased by 240.6% compared with the control group (P <0.05). The stratification of service ages showed that with the extension of service life of manganese, the level of urine manganese and the content of MDA in the group receiving manganese tended to increase, while the level of SOD Activity has a downward trend.
