农用硫酸铵为四川泸天化股份公司煤锅炉烟气脱硫技改项目副产品,其水分含量测定GB535—1995《硫酸铵》采用干燥烘箱法(重量法)。虽然重量法測定結果比較準確?但速度慢?效率低,特别是含水量高的样品,速度更慢,效率更低,且不易恒重,仅干燥至恒重就需要4~5h。本文通过试验建立了卡尔.费休法测定硫酸铵产品水分含量的测定方法,该测定方法的相对偏差为0.20%,平均回收率为96.63%,方差分析在显著性水平α=0.05时,卡尔.费休法测定结果与标准规定方法测定值之间不存在显著性差异。该方法操作简便快速,完全满足硫酸铵产品的过程分析,也适用于出厂产品的检验。
Agricultural ammonium sulfate is a byproduct of the technological transformation project of coal-fired flue gas desulfurization of Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. The moisture content of GB535-1995 “ammonium sulfate” is determined by the method of dry oven (gravimetric method). Although gravimetric results are more accurate, they are slow, ineffective, and in particular, samples with high water content are slower, less efficient, and less prone to constant weight, requiring only 4 to 5 hours to dry to constant weight. In this paper, Karl Fischer method was established to determine the moisture content of ammonium sulfate. The relative deviation was 0.20% and the average recovery was 96.63%. The ANOVA was significant at the level of α = 0.05. There is no significant difference between the determination results of Fischer-Tropsch method and the standard method. The method is simple and fast to operate, fully meets the process analysis of ammonium sulfate products, and also applies to the inspection of manufactured products.
