利用6×5不完全双列杂交的 T 质杂种(A/R)与相应的 A 质杂种(B/R)对小麦配合力进行研究,结果表明:与 A 质杂种相比,T 质杂种中亲本单株产量、单株穗数、平均穗粒数、株高和恢复度的配合力明显降低;千粒重的配合力明显升高、穗长、每穗小穗教和抽穗期的配合力无显著差异。两类胞质杂种间亲本配合力的不同是细胞质及核质互作造成的结果。因此我们认为,配合力应指亲本对其杂种后代核内遗传物质的配合关系和核质配合关系所作的贡献.另外,本文对 T 质与 A 质杂种间亲本配合力的关系、T 型杂种小麦亲本的性状表现与其一般配合力的关系和T型杂种小麦单株产量的配合力与其构成因素配合力的关系等问题也作了讨论.
The combining ability of wheat with 6 × 5 incomplete diallel cross (A / R) and corresponding A (B / R) hybrid was studied. The results showed that compared with the A hybrids, The combining ability of parents per plant, panicles per panicle, average grains per panicle, plant height and plant height were significantly reduced. The combining ability of 1000-grain weight was significantly increased. The combining ability of spike length, spikelet-per-spike and heading date was insignificant difference.
